All software rights are reserved by VortexHQ. This agreement grants usage rights only, not ownership.

This software is proprietary and confidential. Unauthorised copying, distribution, modification, public display, or performance is prohibited.
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, redistribute, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software without written consent.
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except where law explicitly allows.
- Do not remove legal notices or bypass security/licence controls.
4. Updates
We may release updates or patches at our discretion. Continued use may require installing new versions.
5. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the software.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without express or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
VortexHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to software use.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where VortexHQ operates.
9. Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, forms the complete agreement between you and VortexHQ regarding use of the software.
